Hello,  I'm Andrew Golub, Broker of Record for Alpha Real Estate LLC,  Real Estate Brokerage Firm.  I am a Licensed Real Estate Broker since 2007, Real Estate Investor since 1986,  and a NYS Licensed Notary Public and Closing Agent.   At Alpha Real Estate LLC,  we are members of the National Association of Realtors, New York State Association of Realtors, Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors which is our local Realtor Board, and the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors.  We are currently licensed in New York and Pennsylvania,  and have plans to license in Connecticut as well. We believe in the Realtor Code of Ethics,  and its ways of Ethical Conduct for the Real Estate Industry.  As a broker,  client trust is paramount,  and therefore public trust is equally as important.  When you hire a broker,  you should look at integrity, track record, history,  experience,  knowledge,  and his ability to produce for his clients.  Realtors are held strictly accountable by the National Association of Realtors, and the Code of Ethics that they enforce.

I have been buying, rebuilding and managing  homes since 1986.  In 2007 I began helping others in their quest to purchase property and founded Alpha Real Estate LLC,  Real Estate Brokerage Services.  At present, technology is giving us more tools and more positive ways to transact business than ever before.

New York State MLS is part of Statewide MLS system that allows Brokers and Agents access to the Real Estate Market with virtually no limitations.  We can locate properties anywhere in the United States,  and our listings can be found in numerous countries world wide thanks to Statewide MLS Service. Furthermore, this MLS system provides the opportunity to List, Buy and Sell property through all the states that Statewide MLS provides. Currently we are taking listings in New York and Pennsylvania.   I am proud to be a member of such a highly effective service that benefits the entire Real Estate Market including Brokers, Agents, Buyers, Sellers, Landlords and Tenants.  

The certifications to the left of the page include National Association of Realtors Accredited Buyer Representative,  Realtor Designation,  and the C-Reps designation form the National Association of Broker Price Opinion Professionals. The C-Reps designation is probably one of the most important designations, if not the most important designation for all Real Estate Professionals,  because they teach you and certify you in Property Valuation Concepts, methods, and techniques.  These skills are what enable a professional to properly and accurately conduct valuation analysis on prospective properties for both buyers and sellers.  Agents take notice, because you need the BPO C-reps designation in order to correctly and diligently represent clients.
